8/9/2023 0 Comments Lyft support number![]() ![]() Many of the Uber drivers I had were nice, but I unfortunately the longer, more expensive rides, the drivers were rude, had disgusting cars that always seemed to have some type of mechanical malfunction happening. I haven’t had to wait 15-20 minutes for a driver that decides to pick up someone else, leaving me waiting for another car. Since switching to Lyft, I no longer have to worry about possible “accidental” charges, or charges that have to be disputed on a very regular basis. I have a background in customer service and this is where she is lacking. He gets 5 stars from me and is the only reason I would use you guys again. I then had to turn around and order another driver who was probably built one of the best drivers I’ve ever had. I tried calling her but the call would not be accepted by her. I received some sort of notice either from you or from her that she couldn’t wait any longer the flight times were between 140 and 150 I was outside at 1:53 and she drives off? Telling me she can’t wait any longer. I was actually outside when she drove off. So we got in there in plenty of time, got my baggage, and then went outside. I gave my flight number and the times it was expected in and obviously no one checks to make sure they’re on time. I had knee surgery back in July and I’m still recuperating but I can move around without any kind of apparatus. I would suggest that you ask the people that are signing up for your service if they have any sort of permanent disabilities that would hinder them getting to your car in a timely manner, or anything along those lines. If I could give you a little feedback in regards to your company. Today’s experience however left a lot to be desired the original driver that was to pick me up, was not what I expected. ![]() The driver I had on Thursday morning was exceptional she was everything you would want very friendly on time, and very personable. ![]() Review of Thursday’s and today’s experience. I WOULD like if there were more rideshare apps than 2 to choose from within northern New Jersey, (other than the super local ones only available in select cities directly across from nyc like Jersey city and Hoboken.) but my pick will always be Lyft. Lyft actually offers wait and save rides (where you usually never have to wait the full 25 minutes, I’ll click wait and save and still have a driver one minute away sometimes a little over 5 mins at the most) plus Lyft didn’t take away their new rider promos unlike their competition, cause they care about their people and riders (just by doing a little more) and are less greedy. Give me one reason to use shuber anymore. Remember that time during the pandemic when another ride share app in competition with Lyft that rhymes with shuber tried taking over the rideshare business and tried turning it into a monopoly because they bribed their drivers to accept more trips with them instead of Lyft and then didn’t even come thru on their promises of the sign on bonuses, Covid pay, etc etc when it boiled down to it? And on top of that didnt even offer a cheaper “wait and save” alternative when the “pool” feature could no longer be used anymore due to Covid? Well now Lyft has the last laugh because in my neighborhood, no one uses anything BUT Lyft. Cheaper and better than their competition that rhymes with shuber
